Where as I usually read a book before bed (dangerous, will keep reading to 3AM) now I only feel compelled to listen to a book while working. I know a lot of people do books on their commutes, but I bike, and I much prefer to have no earbuds in for safety reasons.
I'm trying so hard to be open minded about audio books but I hate that I can't listen to other media in the background, and if I try to do it while working, it often becomes background and I'm less engaged with the content.
