I finally got a therapist now that I'm 39 & got diagnosed with both ADHD-c & Generalized Anxiety, which I already knew but it's nice to just know for certain. My therapist recommended I get some neurodivergent friends so we can bounce off each other & I stop annoying all my neurotypical friends lol

It was amazing! The views literally didn’t stop. I did this hike to the first lake back in June and everything was super green but this was still very pretty
