i'm not a fan of the change either. considering discord legit had this breach in like october. but this wasn't their fault in a way. lets just not go crazy before anything happens, i don't recommend deleting your discord accounts if this turns out to legit be nothing 😭
if this turns out to be a big nothing burger then everyone overreacted for nothing. it was a third party company that was storing yalls data. i personally don't think Discord was doing it themselves, which is why they're moving to another company that doesn't hold people's Info
Okay i'll be fr. ik a lot of people aren't happy about the announcement of the discord stuff, but think of it this way. there's no other site to use other than discord, i don't really want to delete and rebuild only to delete again because companies are dumb and make stupid decisions
