I believe it's UK only for now. There was a 2 year gap when they released the previous ones for the US & UK markets, so I guess there might be contractual reasons the new ones aren't available everywhere as of yet.

I agree that it does feel a bit awkward, maybe because it really should be “[first name] FitzChivalry”. Instead, he’s truly nameless, simply “son/bastard of Chivalry”. But I won’t spoil you whether the story reveals his first name later on! 😉
Great review! Re: spelling of Fitz- I think historically the prefix has been used similarly (FitzGerald, FitzJames etc) but it was sometimes written with a lowercase & separately: “John fitz Richard”. Interestingly a father’s title could b used instead of his name too-so FitzRoy aka son of the king.
No need to apologise but a word of warning about spoilers - the Fool is a character that undergoes a LOT of changes throughout the series so if you go looking for fanart early on, you might see some pretty major ones.
