as characters, I think the Hex are the ones that feel more "3D", with roathe being the later addition that's more developed beyond a particular role. The romance part I can live without, but I'd like to see a similar "interrogation" system that expands on the world building through interaction

I was somewhat skeptical but ended up liking kim 1999, but after every iteration is getting very unpolished/watered down, and the drifter becomes akwardly inconsistent, where sometimes is too edgy towards certain characters (kaya) or too bland (Roathe taking a piss over the operator for example)
