Even top left lean new media like @meidastouch.com is all men. No hate to them but we need to diversify.

This is how we got here. However I also canβt help but notice all the blue is made up of men too. We need a range of strong women in the new left media strategy. Who is investing in us???
Haha βthe other place.β Youβre right they are so deeply unserious. I think Iβve decided to leave the other place. Or at least no more trying over there. All the bullying actually creates the most anti-free speech culture Iβve ever seen. Ironic.
As a liberal Jew I see very clearly whatβs happening and it is terrifying. Antisemitism is only rising day by day. The Trump admin has put a target on our backs, while much of the left believes there is no target at all. As Jews we are alone. Sad, but true.
I am moving over to blue sky permanently. Yesterday a brigade of twitter bros attacked me endlessly for saying I feel unsafe as a Jew in New York. They werenβt curious about why, they made incorrect assumptions and bullied me. That behavior should never be normalized
ΧΧΧ Χ¦ΧΧ§.
Exhausted.
Iβll never forget watching them come home on tv from far away. I wasnβt sure I would ever see them again. And then the world saw Israeli hostages being released while I saw people I love returning from the tunnels of hell. We are so grateful and we owe it to the rest to keep demanding another deal.
Today was one year since 105 hostages were released through the one and only ceasefire deal. My cousin Danielle and her 5.5 yr old Amelia were the first to come home. This moment is bittersweet as we still have family held hostage in Gaza and far too many people are suffering. The war must end.
Sometimes people patronize us and say we donβt see clearly but this couldnβt be more wrong. We see more clearly because we donβt have the luxury of being distracted or influenced by the noise.
As someone who advocates for my family held hostage I always feel like my own people are speaking over me and drowning me out. We should start letting people speak for themselves and value lived experience over commentary from others, even if the others genuinely care (which I believe they do).
Ok but if not tweets what are we calling these?
So how are we talking about the war on here? Are we being kind and civil? Do we hold space for the humanity of both Israelis and Palestinians? I came here hoping for that.
