Sat back and thought abt my goals with splatoon, and realized my goals and the point of comp dont align at all

I wish now to return to an old goal, to become the best to weild the mistake known as bloblobber, starting with the west coast, and im unsure if comp is my best route anymore to do so

Its a mid/long ranged support without a good special. It isnt bad contrary to popular belief, but the issue is that while its really good at what it does, what it doesn't isnt in demand atm, and what is, is things blob is outclassed at
