I rode indoors on my crossbike, 25 miles a day, 4 days in a row. It was a lot for me, but I’m grateful to have been able to do it, and more inspired than ever by bicycles as joyful symbols of patriotism~ life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. ❤️🚲🇺🇸🚲🇺🇸🚲🇺🇸🚲🇺🇸🚲🇺🇸🚲🇺🇸🚲🇺🇸🚲🇺🇸❤️

I’m riding 100 miles for Alexi Pretti. Yesterday, Day 1, I rode 25 miles on my cross bike set up on an indoor trainer. Today I’ll put in another 25. While riding I practiced Tonglen breathing for Alex and Renee, their families and all of us living with the pain wrought by this regime. Ride with me.
I wrote this song on Saturday, recorded it yesterday and released it to you today in response to the state terror being visited on the city of Minneapolis. It’s dedicated to the people of Minneapolis, our innocent immigrant neighbors and in memory of Alex Pretti and Renee Good.
