Mental health is no joke so idfk why ppl think it's okay to joke about it I'm guessing it's cause they don't fucking know what's it's actually like for those of us who have to deal w/it not only everyday since we were diagnosed but for the rest of our lives so fuck anyone who jokes or hates abt it

I wish every social medi app had a button or something where you could select the ppl u want to follow&unfollow as well as follow back instead of having to manually go and follow&unfollow&follow back ppl like it's so annoyingly frustrating af
