Oh yeah. The sheer TERROR I feel admitting to new interests that may seem silly. And I can't even watch some of the content from millennials I am a big fan of, because it's so *earnest*. I could never have a wedding because saying vows would make me crack up, it would feel so weird.

My view is, of course, subjective. But I just never got it. Weirdly, a bunch of Philosophy academics got into it, and as that was my major I encountered some of them.
