Original question was structured as binary like it's asking for to chose from one option or another. "Was it apples or oranges?"

While my version still have a bit of this ambiguity, but I think it's much more understandable, like "Do you want to eat some apple or oranges?".

If it’s security related question there should be no ambiguity, even if its apparent or superficial, for this exact reason.

You should not have to be able to misread or have struggles understanding the question.

"Did you or an authorised user perform this action?
YES or NO"
