seeing how cosplay happens in different countries is so fascinating... but also even in the US I feel like your experience depends wildly on what geographic region you start out in? also imo even the fandom you start in can make a difference, like what color flower you get depending on soil acidity

what also throws me off is that mandarin uses characters in different ways than Japanese would use... like ofc theres some overlap but jp/ko use characters in certain ways very similarly while cn uses completely different characters for the same word/concept 🥴
