Happy **th birthday!
He knew.
I don't know if a front or back row seat is the best/worst option.
Maybe another antidepressant would work for you? I think it can be a bit hit and miss and doctors are playing a guessing game a lot of the time.
I was on the lowest dose during menopause and thought "maybe it'll help with social anxiety symptoms". After a month I realised I'd made a mistake. Tapered off as per instructions and had horrible dizziness and nausea. Still have occasional dizziness that I think was triggered by Sertraline.

There was once a huge gathering at the end of school because Oscar Barnett was having a fight with some other lad. I was getting a lift home from my uncle with my cousin. My uncle waded in and stopped it! Oscar broke some of the lad's ribs and it got in the local paper.*
In 1975 WAR was declared between Kingsmead (my school) and Blake (the hard knocks). Going home one day some Blake girls walked past me and one of them said "Do you want a scrap?" "No" I replied. That was that. #Facebookmemories
I suppose that column is being drafted. "You don't appease a bully. Now is the time for stoicism: remember our forefathers." Written by a bloke who had a meltdown because a delivery driver seemed a bit grumpy in an exchange with him, so he penned a column about it.
Angry looking red cloud behind some trees and houses at sunset. A trail next to it looks like rocket fumes coming out of the back.
Sky at sunset with the same angry red cloud rocketing through space , alleged chem trails and some little fluffy pink cloudsβ’οΈ
Aggressive looking red cloud, full of evil intent, accompanied by chem trails. Probably a sign of Armageddon.
I've picked up some strange things in charity shops over the years. Had a near miss with a coat which I thought had a very unusual 1960s cut. Looked at the label and it was part of an old postal worker's uniform!
It was really just a collarless woman's shirt. Possibly based on the sort of thing a grandad from the 1900s might have worn but more fitted. Definitely not a t-shirt.
Love this song. It's like a Brian Rix farce.
There was a trend for stripy grandad shirts for girls at the time and I got the mickey taken out of me because I was one of the least cool kids in my class. The choice in those days was limited to snug fit really. Grateful that has changed.
Thank you. Someone actually read it!
I had a Brutus grandad shirt in 1976. Didn't have the Brutus jeans and generally had cheap designer rip offs. Good job nobody cared about that kind of thing in the 197Os.
I don't want to belittle men who feel self conscious about hair loss but if he felt it was necessary to wear a wig I'm sure he could have chosen a more convincing one. Also, he is a complete arsehole.
Why not ring the changes with this very natural looking hairpiece? 100% Bri-nylon. Machine wash and tumble dry on a low setting π
Before he started to wear a hairpiece too? Difficult to tell π€
I saw Matthew Goodwin in person the other day, and heβs revolting. I mean it. Iβm so relieved we donβt have those hateful bastards in this seat, thereβs more than enough hate for them to thrive on alone, but I will never forgive Labour for doing their utmost to make that an even bigger threat.
After spending 2 hours clearing rubbish up,found this in my clean lay-by today π€¬π‘πabsolutely heartbroken π’ why ? π
Temminckβs Lark (Eremophila bilopha) is a small desert-dwelling bird distinguished by the maleβs bold facial pattern and short, horn-like feather tufts. It inhabits sandy and stony desert regions across North Africa and parts of the Middle East.

I have a nap but maybe I need to get out of that habit. Woke up early this morning. Had a mug of sleepy tea, watched some TV. Went back to bed after an hour feeling quite tired. Was just dropping off when a workman next door started hammering outside for about 15 minutes. "π¨π¨π¨πππ"
I drink at weekends which messes up my sleep even more. Not capable of having lie ins no matter how late I stay up.
I've had sleepy tea and magnesium for some time now and can't tell if they're helping or not. The idea of 7/8 solid hours of sleep seems beyond me. Still, 'appen you're a long time dead. Plenty of time for sleep then.
Jesus, sounds awful. Hope you are sorted out ASAP
I've heard good things about weighted blankets. I've tried relaxation techniques but I just can't get "in the zone" (π¬ sorry, such a cringe inducing phrase). Same with meditation, I don't have the patience!
I've always had sleep problems which peaked in my early twenties, settled a bit for decades then started to get worse during the menopause. Could be a cortisol thing we old 'uns get. Who knows?
I could certainly do with less light in the room but it's not feasible at the moment. I've tried wearing an eye mask but I was too aware of it. Haven't tried imagining being held captive. A sort of reverse logic - the kind of thing that would wake me up in a state of panic if I dreamt about it.
