I actually had to look it up: Zoe is another muppet (friend of Elmo's) who has a pet rock named Rocco. Elmo is regularly driven crazy by Zoe's (& Rocco's) bs. The rock basically is kind of Elmo's nemesis at this point. & now Rocco even gets to star in a Taylor video while Elmo is nowhere to be seen.
