Digital art portraying "La Llorona", a vengeful ghost in Mexican folklore who is said to roam near bodies of water mourning her children whom she drowned in a jealous rage after discovering her husband was unfaithful to her. Whoever hears her crying either suffers misfortune or death and their life becomes unsuccessful in every field. In this illustration, she can be seen with a face full of despair, partially submerged in a river and wearing a bride attire while under the moonlight.

a presumably old room, lit by ambient light and some sunrays getting through a shattered stained glass window. vines were crawling through the holes in the bent frame, but died before reaching the people in the room. the floor looks stone or like a dusty marble, covered in growth and mist. in the centre two men entangled in what on the first glance looks like an embrace, but is anything but. a pale man, gorgon-like with black iridescent snakes untangling from his head is sitting on a dark stone chair, akin to a throne, with a ripped up cushion behind his back. he's wearing an asymmetrical outfit, half golden armor half cloth and jewelry. he has left leg over the right one, his right leg having tentacle tattoos. on the foot, eyes are growing from under the skin. the other man has a warm skin tone and golden horns. his hair, long and inky is flowing down, exposing his elven ears. his eyes are glowing blue, dark purple tears, like tar, falling down on his face. he's wearing a dark blue robe, held by a strap of decorated leather. his skin is still warm, but covered in scars and scratches. his hand is reaching in hesitation for the gloved arm of the other man, who is holding him up by the chin. at the points of contact, black veins of corruption are showing under the skin. the horned man is digging gold claws into his leg, irritated cuts starting to seep blood. the other leg of his is used by the other man as a pedestal, on which a sharp heel of the armored boot is resting, slowly piercing the skin.
