Had a great visit to Water Mill Primary this week. It is ‘Good’ with ‘Outstanding’ features.. but importantly, 31 languages, high levels of challenge & transience is not a community of strangers, but one of belonging. Martin, the HT told me the best thing about the school are the children & families
