Yes, people were absolutely thrilled with their lives in 1912. From a labelled photo I found in an antique shop yesterday and will attempt to get back to family. #guildedage

My spouse (who survives just fine on the autism spectrum) completed, filed AND paid our taxes the other day. My brilliant, quirky kid (also on the spectrum) has definitely not destroyed our family. Do better, #HHS. 😡😡 #rfkjr

Oooh! Pre-social media, I lived in a small town with a plumbing store downtown. They had a patriotic window display, with flags sprouting from toilets, etc. I took a photo and got good mileage sending hard copies to friends as quirky local color. 🤔😂
