What Tunnels & Trolls solos do you have lined up? I'm always partial to running Buffalo Castle, though I've more recently had fun with Blue Frog Tavern, Sea of Mystery and House in the Hills.

IIRC, T&T wasn't owned by Rebellion in those years but instead by what is called, "the Cobwebbed Orb". They were famous for *not* speaking w the T&T fans except to demand creators remove all mention of T&T from the interwebs (even if the creators had signed licenses from FB allowing them to do so).

Liz, I loved and still love Tunnels & Trolls, and your artwork was a big part of this! It's such a wonderfully simple and elegant game, and with so many adventures both for group or solo play. I look fondly on your T&T art at least once a week after all these decades! :)

I don't think this is true. And I don't understand what this means: "Maybe you could recreate them with a non-diegetic adventure clock."
I checked out @rebellionunplugged.bsky.social's Tunnels & Trolls: New Age alpha quickstart/playtest out, and it's got a lot going on. It looks like an evolution of the system rather than a full reimagining. I hope they include the Beastkin and Seakin in the main book though, because... 1/2 #TTRPG

I heard that Tunnels & Trolls was supposed to use stunt index cards. Maybe you could recreate that approach with a campaign structure feature.

I saw T&T as a young 'un, and dismissed it as "too silly." I returned to it in adulthood, and was smitten by its whimsy and simplicity. I have come to love it, warts and all - and it is a bit warty. But it is, to my mind, a work of genius.
It feels like the D&D I played as a kid than D&D does.
