Unfortunately no. Ruffle is just a player for Flash SWF files (the runtime environment for Cartoon Mess). Ruffle is not an authoring environment, just a player.

this is very bad news for me. I've used Adobe Flash/Animate for 26 years. I use it NOW for Cartoon Mess LIVE. I'm ok with support ending, but I need the ability to install this software in the future, and stupid Creative Cloud will most likely not allow access to installers past support ending. 🤬

If I walk or drive, and eventually revisit an area I walked or drove—I remember what I experienced when I was there. Automatically!What I’m scared of is how much I experience without being anywhere and how I don’t remember any of it. Social media is being home all the time 100x so get out!
