He has brown skin and blue hair with white, light blue and darker blue streaks that's slicked back, vaguely in the style of fish fins, and light blue eyes. He's wearing a dark blue wetsuit that crops on his biceps and thighs, with blue accents. On top he's got a white vest with blue accents and orange floatie-esque rims around the shoulders and neck. His sporty sandals match the design of his vest. Around his neck he wears a pokeball-inspired whistle and his six pokeballs are strapped to his thigh.
