Well, at least heβs leaving a trail for law enforcement, if one of his obsessive disciples does what Iβm sure heβs trying to threaten me with in this post.
I recommend these guys stop spiralling and threatening me for reporting on things you say and do.
It makes them look desperate.
This is very brave journalism. thetyee.ca/Analysis/202...
From CBC News, "Canadaβs defence chief Gen. Jennie Carignan said Canada won't be participating in Operation Epic Fury, but may help Gulf states bombed by Iran along with other allies."
Good one!
Canada is not supporting the US and Israel with military force. Canada has allies other than the US and Israel and will provide support to them if they need it.
This is not good.
Pretty difficult to refute a single thing in this perfect assessment of where the f**k we are, from @iandunt.bsky.social:
The NY Times has covered this in depth. Don't be mislead by the headline. The article provides extensive evidence and explanation.

Two white nationalists I exposed in a recent article showed up to try to intimidate me in person last night.
This is a press freedom issue.
Hereβs what happened:
I think maybe we just need a near-total ban on "will you rule out?" questions for politicians.
The number of things anyone can honestly, but categorically, rule out is very limited.
Like do I think I'll ever go to the moon? No.
But can I rule it out?
When the US was a trusted ally, it made perfect sense to have Canadian Forces personnel embedded with US forces. Now that they're no longer reliable, it's still better to have our people keeping an eye on what they're doing, if only for our own protection.
Hold. The. Fucking. Premiers. Accountable.
I care about it too, as, I'm sure, does PM Carney. I expect that, as soon as he gets the deficit under control and the infrastructure projects underway, he'll use the tax income from increased economic activity to buttress health and social spending. He's said as much although that's seldom reported
The activity in Victoria, BC seems very high. Am I reading this correctly?
Thanks. It was a genuine question. I'll look into it further.
Is it not the other provinces who are slow-walking it? Presumably they have to agree to the terms, conditions, and implementation before they can join in?
You are selling journalists and journalism short. Successful journalists get the answers on which great articles are based.
Readers have no way of knowing whether any of it is true or false, which means that the article has no informational value. The job of journalists is to get answers, not simply to ask questions.

Not great. It's speculation-based innuendo - a creative way of suggesting things that aren't true.

This was a short-term rush to liquidity.
Mind you, he hasn't spoken to Trump and has been on a whirlwind international tour drumming up trade for Canada, but Canadians love to think that their prime minister is responsible for everything that happens in the world.
The correct type of East West "pipeline" to focus on
Wow!
In 2024, Spain's total trade in goods and services with the United States represented approximately 4.4% of its GDP, for both exports and imports combined. Canada's was around 67%. PM Carney is working hard to replace US trade with trade with other countries to make Canada less vulnerable.
Canada was not consulted. Canada is not participating. Canada has called for deescalation and diplomacy. That is what Canadians want.
At the same time, it is of the utmost importance to make Canada economically stronger and safer. That's also want Canadians want.
Increasingly incoherent in an increasingly chaotic world - as if anything better is currently possible.
