MARCHAL-ARTS week 2. Last week we had a Michelle Yeoh double bill with YES, MADAM 1 & 2 (DOnt get me started on the alternative title issues we had finding them!). This week we'll be swapping to some Brandon Lee action. Short career, but some gems to be sure! For the MovieKnights, See you at 8!

So, I quickly whipped up a RAMPAGE arcade cabinet. Both with and without stickers. What do you think's better? I don't like relying on stickers, but sometimes they add so much detail on the marquees and screens. Maybe I should remake the stickers in a lego-man format too?

ZOMBIE ASSAULT: RESURGENCE (@ninjakiwigames)
is as straight forward as it gets. You're a generic sci-fi soldier shooting zombies whilst achieving various missions goals. Whilst it's not unique, it's pretty solid as far as co-op twin stick shooters go. store.steampowered.com/app/2747660/...
Whilst a little heavy controls-wise, LOST IN YOUR EYES (@RankeStudiosEN) provides some nice escape room style puzzling alongside short platforming action. The eyes are cute, but I was kinda expecting some asymmetrical elements. None the less, good fun!

WHISK (DoubleDuskInc) is a co-op puzzler where two friends must help each other reach a portal and launch a fragile cat-ball through it. The story is irrelevant, but gameplay is great. Working out the path whilst chucking cats about is really good fun! :)

So, things did not go as planned last Wednesday. None the less, this "TRY-IT-TOGETHER" ROUNDUP we've got the actually working multiplayer #indiegame demos we tried! Lets see what we thought of them below... As always support the ones you like the look of! :)

Found a cheap mini Famicon LegNo set... and figured that I could do better.
Half an hour later I figured I should add the Famicom Disk System too. Here's the results... only issue is maybe 1 piece isn't available in the right colour, can you guess which one? :P
Thanks to everyone who suggested things for us to watch, the lineup has been decided (No disrespect to the ones we haven't picked, we'll get to them all eventually!). Either way this is looking to be a great month of movies... a month of MARCH-AL ARTS! :D

Finally, CALL OF THE ELDER GODS (@OutBlueGames) is a story heavy first person puzzle game where you explore a world in which eldritch horrors are real. It looks stunning, plays beautifully and I can't wait to find out what happened since the first game! :D

MIMIC SLEUTH (@QuatschGames) is a game about telling the difference between loot chests and mimics. It's a light logic puzzle where ID'ing incorrectly means you get chomped! Learning new rules about new chests adds a nice element to this cozy puzzler.

VAMPIRE CRAWLERS (@poncle_games) is a dungeon crawler take on Vampire Survivors. So expect chunky pixelart, OTT feedback, and an huge array of swarming enemies packed in with tons of unlockables. It's fast-paced and easy to grasp, the addiction begins now!
