School was traumatic for our generation
The deputy head at my primary school was forever saying "If a job is worth doing it is worth doing well" Drove me nuts. I mentally sang "la la la" just to avoid hearing it for the umpteenth time that day. Hated it with a passion.

I used to occasionally use the timer on my phone, then I discovered that I can talk to it and give instructions. I tell it to set a timer to remind me when the car park is up, when to call people, cooking times, anything really. Haven't named the disembodied voice yet but I'm completely smitten!
