I definitely have enough suggestions for another batch of Nine Dizzys. 😉 Give me a bit of drawing like me, and I’ll get back to style studies soon.

I appreciate it. This came about more because I wish I had more time to draw today. And felt like I hadn’t drawn in forever. But then I looked back through my media tab and thought “Damn, Diz! You drew all of THIS in the past 2 weeks! You can afford to slow down” 😂

Constantly feeling like I draw too much and not enough at the same time.

Like, I hate feeling like I have to feed the social media machine and always have something new to show. But also, if I go a day without drawing Dizzy, I feel like I haven’t drawn her in months.

Totally. Even amongst other artists who have a sort of a “chibi” style, his stuff stands out. I redrew the face several times on this one trying to get it just right.

I enjoyed both of those because they’re like an “anime” style, but used different techniques than when I draw “anime”. And they’re more highly stylized, which is always fun to try out.

That was personally my favorite of the bunch because it really tested my digital painting and composition skills. Plus, colors before lines on digital work always throws me off, so I’m really happy it worked out!

Don’t worry, I was properly cursed for drawing this (got a stomach virus the next day).

Supr Dee’s was maybe the easiest for me to get into. We have very similar influences and cartooning style.

Thank you! I’m always wanting to learn and try new things, and these studies provide the right kind of challenge for me.

I love that one a lot. And what better art to show off on International Women’s Day, representing feminist icons like Jucika and Ms. Pac-Man.
