In 2025, I did something I thought impossible - I took control of my weight.

The picture on the left was taken in Dec '24. I was 20 stone. The pic on the right was taken yesterday, where I weigh 14 stone.

6 stone lost. I am so happy.

15 Stone 10 is 100KG
40 inches on waist is 25% body fat.

I started at 19 stone 12 (125KG) and 58 inches (45% body fat.)

I hit both today.
