I have told someone their boss won't go to heaven if he's Boss Baby, and now I'm requesting to see a pikachu dressed as a clown. This is great
I wonder what percentage of the time they'll accidentally call her 'Omarosa'

Digital illustration of four young ballet students at a dance studio. The girl sitting in the foreground is lit by a spotlight and is scratching her head with both hands. In the background by the barre and mirror, one girl in a ballet pose whispers to two others on either side of her "...lice". The other girls look shocked and nervous.

This time it's just out of nowhere. People aren't going to be nearly as collectively accepting of the loss of their relatives for something like this.
Yup. They truly don't see them as human beings, but pawns to be used to do the dirty work then discarded in service of whatever the higher ups feel like doing.
At the very least with the last big war there was an inciting incident that got americans and even a lot of non americans on their side.
Also just wtf kind of response did they think they'd get from the soldiers they were talking to? For them to hip hip hooray about being told "we plan to ki/l you and everyone you know, but don't worry, if you're good you'll go to heaven"?
"Oh hey, you know how we're planning to bring about the end times? We're still gonna need you all to crank out them babies so they too can get wrecked alongside the rest of humanity 😀"
want 🧄👀
itty bitty baby!!
It really does work a lot better than the previous method, even if I still do have to check each one with the flashlight for stragglers. There's just way fewer clingers on this way, and feels a lot less tedious.
Anyway, hooray for broccoli season! They're so good seasoned and roasted 💚

I used to wash them one at a time, then carefully inspect each one with a flashlight. I'd inevitably have to rinse and repeat after reinspecting, as many times as needed.
Now I prewash the lot in a big bowl with hot soapy water, agitating a lot, then spot check each one before rinsing. 2/3
a photo of a large bunch of sprouting broccoli on long stems with plenty of leaves still attached, and a stem of kale leaves resting in a colander
I'm really glad I figured out how to deal with washing aphidy broccoli in time for these purple sprouting broccoli to start ramping up in production.
Because I don't use any kind of pesticide, there's often aphids hiding in some of the little broccoli sprouts that are a pain to wash out. yuck. 1/3
if the US government logs these trees at the rate / quantity they're proposing, we'll lose one of the last old-growth forests. there's no coming back from that. if you have five minutes to leave a comment pushing back against the BLM, please do; there's a guide to that below.
Yall better not, I swear. Devil in disguise is still the devil, and the disguise in this case is just a fake mustache. I'm never going to accept gen ai.
*taking notes* "Flee... into...the ocean." Got it.
The world could be such a nice place if we allowed it. It's all so goddamn unnecessary. There's no need for any of it. It's so beautiful here. It should be so cool to be alive
logging on for the first time today late at night to get in a quick doomscroll before getting ready for bed, finding out about the latest horrors interspersed with the continuing horrors, and some art sprinkled in between as a treat
