Nevermind, I just noticed that this version has no radiators on the doors. Idk then.
The radiators were on the inside of the cargo bay doors. Hence why the cargo bay is usually open in most photos of the shuttle in orbit. Though I'm not sure those alone could handle the heat produced bu 74 extra crewmembers.
