zinnia looks up excitedly at erin, who glances back in surprise. ivy stares at them and thinks to herself. i: (god, those two really do seem made for each other...) (...what the fuck am i doing around them anymore? i'm worthless.) z: are you hungry though erin? i know you ate a bit of a larger breakfast than you're used to. e: i uh. kind of wasn't planning on eating anything else today? i wouldn't worry about me so much... z: i mean we could at least split a sandwich. i heard they have a phenomenal pesto. e: i-i mean, idunno, i've nev-never had a pesto before? z: honestly? i think you'd love it. e: r-really? wow...

ivy discards their cigarette and looks at erin, who is staring at the ground. zinnia looks at the ground, lost in thought. z: (they have such a nice relationship with each other. or had. until i decided to show up.) z: (i'm such a fucking parasite. i should just fucking tell them already. at least then they'd know i'm evil.) e: actually - what are you getting, ives? i thought you mostly ate asian food? i: i mean, i usually just go with the standard sandwiches at those places. they're usually pretty good. e: w-what kind of things are on those? i: usually like ham, salami, cheese, tomatoes, onio e: i. us. nevermind. don't think i'd like that. i: get outta town, you don't like tomatoes? e: not on a sandwich at least. i just don't know why you'd want it on there. i: oh man, where to even start?
