Kansas cancelled my Medicaid today.
I applied in March. Was approved in August. Received my card in September.
Their excuse? I only get one year-FOR LIFE-and that's it. My year? Apparently started March 1st.

I honestly can't remember the smell, but yes! My parents were chain-smokers so my house was an ashtray growing up.
I just realized I haven't smelled cigarette smoke once in this decade (to my recollection).
Different types of smoke? Yes. But I rarely see cigarettes anymore. I mean, I KNOW why... It's still wild, though.
