I try to slice models as much as I can to have a cleaner prints and paint job.
Ideally, I'd want the face and head to be separate (like my Kuroo-kitty figure) but I still haven't figured out the right printing settings to get crisp edges 🥲

The issue doesn't seem to be caused by the screen since the circle moves.
Sorry I'm not much of a help but I'd contact their tech support asap esp if you still have time on your warranty!!
You may end up replacing parts that are not causing the issue and waste time (happened in my case😥)
