Maybe a jumping off point for some other sleuths: could be a page copy from an illustrated Gulliver’s Travels. Leaning towards Edmund Dulac but no images matched. Style is similar. Could be someone more recent inspired by late 19th/early 20th century illustrations of fairly tales.
I keep reading “…the world’s richest man…” as “…the world’s racist man…” and I don’t know if it’s my dyslexia or exhaustion or if it’s because they actually mean the same thing.

Life Day Orb cocktail.
Shake together:
1 1/2 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Blue Curaçao
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Lime Juice
Strain into a goblet or other orb-shaped glass. Garnish with a blue LED ice cube.
