It's not the *point*, I like having a thread of relatability in all of them, esp if they're being used for RP (erik somehow being the far end of this), but it *is* fun to have a character do something and have everyone go ".... huh?" until it can be built on--

I used to get upset when people got huffy over my character's actions, be it through misunderstanding or otherwise. I realized it was the environment I was in and pivoted away from it.

Now I'm happy creating ocs as strange or obtuse as I want!
