Haven’t played for some time either. I think lads are wonderful in regards to keeping polishing their games for years now - they care about it. Aida became by leaps and bounds better than in beginning, and while I’m a Naomi’s hardcore fan, other girls are great too! 😇

I totally agree! Some things are worth it when one goes all the way, has something to show and tell. Hell, I believe that Growth Academy and Giant Guardians are example of being able to pander to macro community’s tastes, and telling a pleasant story, have amiable and relatable chars.

It’s just an example, but I remember the time when we had Mandalorians in SW, or Dinobot in Beast Wars, and in these days the whole “warrior spirit” topic is painted in black and white. The same with playing safe with other themes and topics

I think many people are afraid of doing something that may possibly turn others away from them. Like, there was a time when we could see bloodthirsty and honourable chars/nations in games or movies, but now it’s more often turned into “we fight but without stakes, cuz killing for glory is bad.”
