One AI generated image don’t have much effect, but when corporates, fascists government, grifters and clueless users flood the zone with it, even with good intention (if such thing is possible), it have a very real , harmful and dangerous accumulation and normalization effect. It numb and train us.
People who don’t understand how generative AI art (and AI in general) is inherently fascist underestimate greatly its numbing effect, how it weaken social tissues, train us to disregard everything and feel less and less empathy. Apathy make us much more compliant and vulnerable to propaganda.
This is only the beginning. They're coming for Trans people first because not even the democratic party protects/supports us and our overall population is small. We make an easy first target. But let's be fucking clear: They're coming for all of you and if you don't stop them here, you're fucked.

This sounds bananas to me. There is no reason the actual moderation needs to be tied to the account itself. And even if it is, just don't allow blocking the account. Why give people no indication that this is a problem and then suspend them?
