Squeeee!!! Congratulations Daddy!
Is this how polyamorous people find new partners?
Is this the pick-up move known as the "Utah Shuffle"?
Ross.
Ross ... you can't just say things like that. What am I meant to do with this given I have ropes I have never used?
Are you more the binder or the bound? This information will distract me in the most thirsty of ways. The mental images are already delicious.

This is the look that may be resurrected for the rocky horror stage show in a few weeks
I have no need or desire to fill myself with perfectly replicated ceramic tea-sets. Even the oil paintings i have done have edged into that repetitive stuff on occasion but luckily that was in one painting vs. many paintings of the same content with slight improvements each time.
lol, "what to do with hundred of doilies?"
The doilie problem above is ultimately why collecting and/or more formulaic stuff doesn't really grab me. Even with ceramics I did I enjoyed the process of learning wheel but the practice you need to do to get really refined in your skills was boring as
LEGO might be one of those things that fall into the repetitive side for me (I know the world is your oyster in terms of your own designs but still you buy sets to make the thing on the box).
local volunteering is a good one but will need to ensure i can find something that works outside standard work hours
I have walked past slice and dice a few times and wondered. its mostly a critical mass type thing where you need, at minimum, X number of players for many table top games to be an enjoyable experience (let alone for functional game play)
thanks buddy ๐ฅฐ
something is better than nothing. Best of luck on the procedure bud.
ginger ale is apparently a good combo for the liquid (mine was powders oddly) and I would highly recommend a nice good quality bone broth as a liquid nutrition option. Way nicer than bullion and a bit more "filling" if any clear liquid can claim that
lol. I have a confession.
We/I have enough phillips Hue bulbs and a controller to be able to do this at a basic level ... the number of times I have taken advantage of that functionality in the last five years is essentially zero.
We finally got our dining table pendant installed and I love it!

I'm alright Michael. Just yelling into the ether a little bit.
Was a lovely weekend otherwise
Yeah? That could be interesting. I have thought about sewing and have attempted to combine leather/gear and trying some self expression.
Really making an effort with that could be a lovely way to spend some time
purple ... always purple
Thanks for sharing. My Granny used to knit and I, along with all her grand-kids, have blankets and all sorts that we cherish.
One of my colleagues has needles from her family that she keeps moving for some amazing sentimentality.
gotcha - well the guy was obviously checking you out (I mean he'd be silly not to) and thanks for sharing that to remind me to ask others for ideas.
I have done occasional painting and ceramic classes and MTB and ski (all of which are mostly individual activities for me) but would like to find something that is a little more collaborative (even if I have to try and create that space for myself and others).
Please share what you enjoy with me!
I am pretty patient but, once I know something, tend to enjoy pace and change. So games with a focus on gaining knowledge of deep lore and whose participants are sticklers for rules and process may be a bit frustrating for me once I have gotten past the learning phase.
Ideas and recommendations please!
I need a new offline hobby.
I am thinking about maybe some tabletop gaming but would be a 35+ year old noob at literally any game that so its a bit intimidating. I generally think I enjoy creativity and ridiculousness and I have an inner artist to indulge.
so I am warhammer curious ... I need a new offline hobby but have never been into any sort of tabletop stuff (maybe this is its own post)
Hey, if all else fails just snap some thirsty hot tub selfies and bask in the reflected attention of the truly lovely and wonderful people who live in your phone.
Sarcastic commentary that tries to undermine the value, joy, and creativity I find in my little online communities is a strength of mine

And some pics. Is a beautiful day
Beach walk today and my shadow looked thick (and my feet lightning white)
Wild caught only.
Everyone knows it takes a real alpha to catch and milk a fellow man but it also takes a real alpha man to know you've got to release them afterwards and appreciate their majesty in nature.
