Done.
Done.
Shutterbug is also incredible on that one. American Thighs is one of the great under-appreciated albums of all time.
Sunday running chronicles: a slow 10-mile run, but itβs 64 degrees out, the sun doesnβt set until 7:00 PM, and sometimes the world leaves you little gifts. Hard not to feel hopeful.
There were a few weeks in 1985 where Back to the Future and Teen Wolf were the number 1 and number 2 movies at the box office. I had forgotten what a phenomenon Michael J Fox was.
donβt forget to destroy your clocks tonight, walk away from your mortgage, just start driving, youβre free
I would much rather be ruled by a shadowy group who is smart enough to cloak their existence than this group of lumbering ghouls who do their evil in cold daylight
Yeah. This is probably my own issue, since I wish I was being ruled by a cabal of shadowy villains who at least have some taste, instead of by these absolutely grotesque dullards.

It is wild that I recognized the aesthetic without context and incredible that someone who was born into wealth has such a tacky, garish, childish view of what wealth and power looks like.
Hard to believe she lost. Inspiring stuff, and a touching tribute.
Maybe some issues with methodology. There may be bias from only including patients for whom an AUDIT-C was done (I'd think this is more likely to be done if you suspect AUD). Also, people who were prescribed meds were more likely to have received a diagnosis code. Important work, though.
I just watched Bugonia and have come to the conclusion that Yorgos Lanthimos makes good movies that I hate

#AskAnIDDoc March 2026 edition.
Nine Inch Nails - Broken as a follow up to Pretty Hate Machine was incredible, just an absolute evolution.
Death From Above 1979 - Is 4 Lovers was just a brick off the backboard after their first three albums (for me)
I generally think it is distasteful to comment on someone's appearance simply because you disagree with their politics, but this is incredible
New Vegas is widely regarded as the best, and itβs probably an okay introduction to the vibe and mechanics. 3 is also a lot of fun. 4 is less great, but has its moments.
I really liked it. And the production design is some of the best Iβve ever seen!
I can not think of any time in my life where I have felt less represented by a person I have voted for. Fetterman is a genuinely bad person, and I am incredibly excited to vote him out.

I appreciate the analysis. Itβs an odd essay that includes some base assertions that I fundamentally disagree with. Thanks for pointing me towards an interesting read.
I'm sorry, if you're going to make a big show about how you've got a Department of WAR helmed by a Secretary of WAR and staffed by WARfighters, it's totally inane to then claim that your massive bombing of a foreign country constitutes something other than a war.
I'm pulling for you. This feels like when I explain how I will never watch Ted Lasso. Although it is nice to use the word "treacly" from time to time.
Emily, please don't do this.
OneDrive is great if you want to automatically save documents to a folder youβll never find again. A fun hack is to use the Windows search feature, which will use Microsoft Edge to search for your document on the web, where it definitely doesnβt exist.

Insane that the paywalled JACC article page still has pop-up ads
I was workshopping a deus ex machina joke, but couldnβt make it work
"Kennedy has continued to spread misinformation and push politicised agendas at the expense of the country's most vulnerable...the destruction that Kennedy has wrought in 1 year might take generations to repair."

Honestly, I don't want AI anywhere in medicine. You want it to help with prior authorizations? How about we get rid of prior authorizations. You want doctors to spend more time on patients and less time documenting? Make visits longer and simplify documentation requirements.
When I was in early adulthood, I never could have predicted that a not insubstantial chunk of my middle-aged friendships would involve texting pictures of sourdough accompanied by phrases like "Heck yeah, man. That's a good looking loaf."
