the cloudiness is to be expected in the first tank btw!! it’s in a bacteria bloom atm as part of the cycle it’s doing so it’ll clear up on its own over time <3

moved some things around + added two plants to each tank n here we have them!!

a ten gallon horizontal tank with an angled front glass plane to provide better visibility. the water is cloudy due to a bacteria bloom which is normal in this part of the cycle the substrate is fluval stratum on top of black aqua soil so it looks like little brown dirt pellets mixed in sand there’s a giant driftwood piece to the right that has a natural little cave when laid on its side there’s a hallow sterculia pod in front of it in the upper right corner. behind it is red ludwigia and then a lily like species of anubias. on the side of it to the right is java fern and african water fern that each flank the cave entrance on the right side of the driftwood is a giant rotala that has spread across the top, under it is another anubias species that has shorter stems. in front of those are a dwarf pink lily on the bulb and bucephalandra brownie on a screen. there’s a barely visible heater and sponge filter on the back right corner at the top
