Like I’ve had multiple stages in my life where I was underweight and I’m in a time of my life where I’m not the most muscular but I’m at a decent adult weight lol and I just think with no clear body goals the gym really is just for fitness and being active 😭 not really for muscle building

I sometimes wonder if you need a little vanity to be consistent in the gym 😭 like I like to think I’m a body positive person so like while abs probably would go crazy I don’t hate myself if I got a slight gut ya know?

Learning two Romance languages like I always say is fascinating because that kinda makes - though not entirely - 5+ different languages somewhat intelligible including Creole languages lol
