aber: in DIESER situation und mit seiner zitierten aussage hat er sich ja gerade nicht der maßregelung (wegen der airbases) angeschlossen, sondern ausdrücklich nur über NATO-ausgaben gesprochen.

Ich vermisse schon länger einen Text dazu, dass man das Immunsystem nicht "trainieren" muss, dass es keine "Immunschuld" gibt etc. - nun habe ich ihn einfach selbst geschrieben.

These are the patients we also recommend to be very cautious and to wear masks. To put it more generally, we know that there are people at higher risk. We know that females in general have a much higher risk. So 80% of our patients are female, and we know that obese patients are at higher risk. We know that patients with other immune diseases, like asthma and allergies, are at a higher risk. But the problem is, what would happen when you wear masks all the time? What we also learned from the years 2021 and 2022 is that by wearing masks all the time, later on, you have a higher risk of getting other infections because you do not continuously train your immune system, for example, with the respiratory syncytial virus, which became much more frequent in younger children. SPENCER: So you might be actually weakening your immune system by doing. CARMEN: So probably your immune system is not made to be protected all the time. If you are otherwise immunologically healthy, I would not recommend protecting yourself all the time. For example, I use a mask when I'm in contact with people who obviously have an infection. Or if I go on public transport and it's very crowded, then I take my mask to protect myself, but I don't use it all the time, and that's probably good advice on how to handle it.
