100% agree.
Itโs personal choice in the end. I think for me it would be about finding which meal would be hardest to skip. These days I can skip lunch easily (but then Iโm eating two meals within 10 hours - not what you are looking for). When I was younger Iโd skip breakfast.
Usually in those communities you donโt eat after midday I think.
Iโm remembering Theravada retreats.
Personally if I were going to restrict I would have breakfast and lunch and โallowablesโ in the evening.
