A couple years ago I was commissioned by the then newly opening Sweet Jeans cafΓ© in Newark, NJ to do a tee design. Tees yet to be printed, but the artwork currently adorns the wall of the cafΓ©.

Nearly 3 years ago I directed, designed, and animated this Sylvan Esso music video segment for Yo Gabba GabbaLand by myself in my apartment via Six Point Harness, and as of today, it's finally been allowed to escape the server and be watched on Apple TV (it's S02 E07 - "Try", if you want to watch).

Oh absolutely, I can assure that from operating a tape label since 2011. But it definitely got more expensive during Covid, because more and more major labels were putting out cassettes and there's really only one or two suppliers, Not to mention shipping cost have gone up
These are all reasons people switched to CDs to begin with, and everyone got convinced/shamed to make and buy vinyl again. now we're at CD nostalgia again after a brief stop at cassettes

My 2023 film, αΌ© αΌΞ½ΟανάκλαΟΞΉΟ (The Reflection), will be screening once again in 2 weeks at BIRTH 2 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada on Jan 25th.
Today's my father's 75th birthday. I illustrated this surprise party invite for which I could not attend, and took off the copy because I don't want you to find out where it was. πΆ
I also uninstalled all of the pieces and wrapped them the other day for future use. (Get me that art handler job.)
The pieces were all drawn by Bee, with Aisha and myself doing the significant portion of painting everything, and installing them.
A couple Snoopers on log slices I chainsawed, sanded, drew on, and oiled myself as holiday thank yous/commemorations to my co-workers Bee & Aisha for all the hard work we did for [Orange Store] last month on a 8'x16' mural and additional pieces.
Back in 2011, @orcalife.bsky.social & I put out a cassette single on Otherworldly Mystics that featured Marissa on vocals w/ Cloud Seeding. Coming back 15 years later, this time making the artwork myself, was a couldn't-miss opportunity. π€ otherworldlymystics.bandcamp.com/album/ink-ja...
