I'll tell you as someone in ED recovery who tries to avoid food on sm, I sure do get a lot of plates of food on my timeline. Or on the flip side—obvious body checking, disordered fitness content. I don't have 12 hours a day to babysit my algorithm into not being a mental warzone lol

It's never just one lie or one harm in isolation. After the feds lied about why/how they shot a man, they also did this to a neighborhood mostly helpless to defend itself (and MSM was happy to frame it all as "clashes").

Lots of "we need to return to the past" takes are awful and from the mouths of bigots.

But I do think we need to return to an era where movies weren't in expansive cinematic universes, games weren't live service and books were about a vampire named Varney the vampire.
