The concept of a 'legal war' has lost meaning since countries started using proxies like #Hamas & #Hezbollah & developing cyber weapons.

Perhaps there are other parts of the contract that can't be filled with underwater drones.
Being unarmed doesn't mean it isn't an enemy vessel.
It is not a war crime to sink a supply vessel taking food to enemy forces.
