The House today passed a transportation bond bill that would authorize $300 million for the Chapter 90 road and bridge program for the upcoming year. This action would increase base Chapter 90 funding by 50%.
Please be advised -- when approaching a crack sealing operation, cars should remain 100 feet or more behind crews as to not damage the newly placed sealer. Follow all directions given by detail officers/flaggers to allow for smooth traffic flow during work operations. Thank you.
🔶 Construction Notice: Townwide asphalt crack sealing began on July 28 and may take up to two weeks. Streets include, but are not limited to: Main St, Triangle St, Amity St, Dana St, Lincoln Ave, McClellan St, Spring St, Rolling Ridge Rd, Shays St, Station Rd, and Chapel St.
