I know they were ordered some time ago, but I believe the delivery of the E/Fs has been postponed and they have not entered service there.
AFAIK Kuwait does not have Super Hornets (yet). Looks like it was a legacy F/A-18C with AIM-9 Sidewinders at short range. Yikes.

I am a big fan of pedantry, but we have to acknowledge that the F-22, while designed as an air superiority fighter, can employ JDAMs and other air-to-ground munitions and flew several hundred strike sorties in Syria.

Incredible opinion. It holds that the common ICE tactic of jumping out of an unidentified rental vehicle and seizing suspected noncitizens while masked violates the Fourth Amendment because the *manner* of the seizure is incompatible with a free society governed by the rule of law.
