Some children in Aberdeenshire have been enjoying another day off school, as the wintry weather continues to grip parts of Scotland.
The sledges were out in Dunecht, as a yellow warning for snow and ice ended. Attention now turns to the expected arrival of #StormBert tomorrow.
An amber weather warning for heavy snow has been issued for parts of Scotland over the weekend, as #StormBert is set to sweep in. The Met Office is also warning of strong winds, ice and heavy rain which could bring travel disruption and potential flooding.

A report going before the council's Education Committee next week states the decision followed a review of the policy. The EIS had previously said it was worried that the form bypassed unions, and that some teachers were concerned about the possibility of identification.
A whistleblowing form for teachers to report violent pupil incidents in schools has been removed by Aberdeen City Council.
The move comes after it emerged the form was used only once since being introduced in March, and the EIS union
raised concerns over its effectiveness.
