Hobby mio metallic paints via AliExpress are fantastic. Really nice consistent straight from the bottle. But although the chrome is good it doesn't quite have that realistic pop. I tend to use a chrome pen for mirrors etc

I used an electric mitre saw. Just chuck the wood in and clean cut in seconds. Found it easiest on the ground rather than a bench. Cut a "master" length use that to mark others of same length

Winter Sunday afternoons used to be good for playing board games with my children. When they were young it was monopoly or cluedo. Now as adults a rare chance to play a game. But now it's something so complicated I have no idea what I'm doing or what the objective is! 😂

I've started to use them for weathered paint in a well worn (not chipped) area applied to tiny areas with a micro bud. So it looks like the paint is so thin the metal is coming through
