Fact is some people (and media) want to discredit Carney for reasons of their own, and are trying to trap him in a false dichotomy that they can then exploit, while Carney is simply acknowledging the REALITY of a fluid and rapidly changing situation that MAY require a change in calculus.
Hey π¨π¦ is anyone using this?
They are built in Canada.

Typical of #CharlieAngus throughout his career. I support some sensible things he spouts, but there are a lot of disturbing takes. He cherry picks as well to expand on his position. He needs taken with a massive amount of salt. Hes not the smartist man in the room as he likes to project! #cdnpoli
Poilievre sure isn't in the same league as PM Carney for preferred PM. Will there be more floor crossers now so that PP is forced to resign? I bet PMJT is loving this karma.
For those of us who understand that PM Carney is working on long-term goals, and especially for those who don't, I offer you this absolute GEM!!!
Read it and celebrate!!!
And now, I'm going for my walk!!
Love ya!

Half of the US hates the other. Hard to solve any big American problem until they solve that one.
Great to see π¨π¦ on the right end of this list.
Carnery leads PP by almost 34% as preferred leader.
Finally!
Harry Sisson just released a video stating ICE Barbie has been relieved of her position as DHS secretary!
Yup, the hypothetical answer to the media's hypothetical question was: only if the conflict spreads and only when it makes sense to stand with our allies.
What if Turkiye (a NATO member) is drawn into the conflict? What if Iran uses a nuclear weapon? The hypothetical isn't only about the USA.
Googled "video of Trump running or walking quickly." Got nothing back about what I asked for.
the only moment worth highlighting from Pierre's low-energy speech in Berlin today was his pronunciation of "infrared"
#6. Disregard anyone who says the definition of Conservative insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. Stick to your guns. You have every right to cling to a losing strategy. There's no shame in being the official opposition for life.

Or it's *disinformation* when the context is omitted deliberately by anyone trying to paint PM Carney as a bad guy so that it benefits the NDP or Conservatives.
PM Carney responded to the hypothetical question about a conflict that could spread broadly by saying: "We will stand by our allies when it makes sense."
If we omit the context about the conflict spreading or the "when it makes sense" part, it creates misinformation. www.ctvnews.ca/politics/art...
Nice standing ovation by the Aussies for our PM.
Every electric transit bus reduces GHG emissions and noise pollution while saving on fuel costs... win-win-win.
It's a good idea for clocks to remain unchanged all year within a time zone. But, I hope BC folks know how dark and depressing the mornings will be for months when they're commuting to work and/or getting kids to school. Would staying on standard time be a better choice than DST?
The federal plan to protect consumers with anti-fraud requirements for banks doesn't seem weak, imo. I like that banks *must* have proactive fraud prevention. Long overdue, yes. Also good to see the "express consent" requirement for high-risk transactions.
That Aussie welcome and introduction to our PM at the Lowy Institute was great. It was a funny and factual tribute to the internationally respected man that our PM is.
βπ¨π¦ views the nuclear threat & the export terrorism of Iran as one of the greatest threats to international peace and security.
In that limited sense, we support this action. That is not a blank cheque, that is not us participating, that is not us asking for something in exchange for that."
March is Fraud Prevention Month, and police are warning that artificial intelligence is making scams harder than ever to detect. #Canada

Yes, government help is essential too.
Of course it's a crime. However, we do need to be aware of who needs the most protection, so their relatives and friends can be vigilant.
I'm a senior who isn't susceptible to scams. I also have a cousin and an aunt who are over 80 yo and very savvy. That made me wonder who is most susceptible. This made sense.π
Good! We should be afraid and much less trusting and gullible when it comes to scams, AI deepfakes and mis/disinfo.
