“Secret Mall Apartment” is less of the Bart Simpson style adventure I expected and more of a surprisingly sweet love letter to obscure artists and the act of making art for art’s sake.

I don't want to see your AI pictures. I don't want to read your AI book or blog. I don't want to hear your AI music. I don't want to watch your AI video.

If you couldn't be bothered to make it yourself, why should I use my limited energy to engage with it?

Someone needs to invent a horrible smart bookshelf that re-arranges everything each time you look at it, and whenever you read a book it only shows you algorithmically similar books you own.

Being a solo creator is tough bc if I get burnt out or sick or busy with personal life, everything comes to a screeching halt. There’s no one else to answer emails or edit audio or help keep this thing afloat.

I have more stories I’d love to write, but so little motivation atm.

Something that's great about audio dramas is that because the barrier of entry is very low, you get creators and stories you wouldn't get (or would get far less frequently) in other mediums.

tbh I’ve never struggled with a script as much as I’ve struggled with Season 2 of The Subjective Truth.

When we finished Season 1 back in April 2020 I had every intention of jumping back in and finishing this story “as soon as the world went back to normal.”
