Me too. My favourite podcast (despite- or possibly because - it being monthly rather than daily or weekly). Genuinely funny, interesting and (as you say) soothing.

Havenβt listened yet - but will do. And Iβm certainly in the Morton camp on this argument (some fantastic writing in WOTW).
Brilliant!
Ah, Sir Arthur had obviously moved on from teaching the ravens to fly underwater then (pity, it was a promising project).
Undeniably a cool cover!
Yeah- that will learn him!
I can cook anything pretty well - EXCEPT bread!
Itβs too exacting a science for βcreativesβ I think (or thatβs my excuse at least).
HNY James!
Wolverine v Hellfire Club was my favourite x-men story.
Looking at responses & your additional comments then perhaps just buy a slow cooker (with a ceramic liner)?
They are dirt cheap (both to buy (if you shop around) and run) and last forever.
The coldest Christmas Day in North Kent for many years - which feels so much better than those strangely warm ones. Bracing day for a quiet country walk.
@eleanormorton.bsky.social & @misterabk.bsky.social - thank you for a truly great podcast series that I look forward to each & every month. I just stumbled across this on BBC Sounds which ties together Aliceβs adventures, the hobbit & Narnia beautifully. Have a great Christmas.
You too!
Just seen @misterabk.bsky.social βNevermoreβ on @itvx.com and I have to say itβs brilliant! Well worth a watch this Christmas.
Sorry to hear that James. Hope everything sorts itself for you and yours. Thanks for all the videos in recent months.
In Kent the county council (Reform) are encouraging the flagshagging - despite it already becoming obvious that these flags will soon become a hazard &/or add to litter and mess. Ultimately the costs to remove & tidy will be coming from the taxpayers they promised to save from unnecessary spending.
Hilderβs pictures are always best in the winter/spring. He really captures the #kent countryside.
Just rewatched #civilwar and if anything it is even more likely now than it was last year. A great - yet harrowing- film of a far to possible near future. Great performances from the key actors too.
Superb day for a walk across #Chislet marshes in #Kent followed by a pint at the rather lovely Gate Inn. Batteries & karma restored.
Comic images in my head of a couple of mates with clapped out Ford Escorts loading cardboard boxes of βAndyβsβ possessions into their car before heading to his new bedsitβ¦

I have spent the entirety of the decade slowly plodding through #Endeavour and then #InspectorMorse until his tragic demise today. Great #TV & now I am bereft for the remainder of the decade.
Farage: epic grifter
Only Fools & Horses big in the 90s
As is so often the way after a storm, today is just beautiful here in #Kent! A touch of cold in the air & gold in the trees heralding true autumn.
Alex McQueen is my absolute favourite Master on audio or TV - and this is one of my favourite Big Finish box sets
I keep seeing Nova - but have no recollection of ever seeing that comic or character when I was a kid. Was it never published in the uk?
And finally, at the National Sheep-Dog Trials this afternoon, twenty five dogs were found guilty.

Thatβs really useful- thanks James! Often watch the archive bits on iplayer but had no idea there was a YouTube channel too.
